Pre-Build Conception
Pre-construction process starts by discussing the feasibility of a design within a target budget to establish a comprehensive synergy set as an objective to follow. Once an idea is on the table, the Design Development Stage begins and expertise of architects, designers, and field assessors are invited to collaborate and offer feedback.  With our Pre-Construction Agreement, the clientele will have an open and honest preliminary pricing estimate of each phase in the construction itinerary. At APEX, we believe having transparent communication will avoid unnecessary headaches and setbacks during the build process and allow ideas to seamlessly come true.

Building and Construction
Open communications continue upon breaking ground and throughout the entirety of the build process. At APEX, bi-weekly meetings are held between client and the team to review schedule, budget, progress and site walk-thru for the expert input on design items. Any challenges foreseen from concept to construction are addressed at all points of the ongoing project. Implemented solutions to construction's most challenging parts during building are discussed until there is a uniform understanding between all parties involved. APEX assembles vital documents that keep record and track every aspect of the build for organization and reference. ​

Culmination and Post-Build Offers
APEX is not only there for the construction of a new project for commercial space or home but offer services and maintenance plans after the completion of the build to help protect client's investment. Once the client takes ownership of the finished site and acclimates throughout the full year cycle, there will be service items that will naturally arise. APEX offers a complementary 1-year service warranty post build. APEX stands by clients and product, so there is peace of mind on the investment. ​

Apex Home Services Department provides aftercare services for APEX builds and other residential requests with each service backed by a 30-day warranty.
