APEX Builders Group paves the way in new building science, technology and methods of construction whilst keeping sustainability in mind. APEX understands the importance of sustainable  construction and the ethical importance for future generations.

On average, 10-15% of building materials is wasted during construction; however, at APEX, we strive to keep waste factor for each project under 10%. This means, after a build, salvageable materials are donated to local foundations or revitalized into an existing or new project.

APEX commits to keeping environmental wellness by using the highest standard of energy efficiency and sourcing locally around the surrounding areas of the build site. Utilizing recycled content in combination of waste management strategies reduce the carbon foot print and sets a criterion in going green.

Our Envelope method, a featured building science, performed in every construction, allows any APEX buildings withstand for long term durability. The ethical approach roots at the core values of APEX quality craftsmanship and leaves a sustained healthy future for those to come after.

APEX Builders Group begins every project with an open conversation. It is important that we understand exactly what is needed and necessary to proceed the commitment. Trust from our team and your detailed wishes is how we make your vision turn into your reality. Our team is here to make that happen. Once decided to work together, the open conversations transitions to more frequent meetups. During the build, we ask of the client to join in bi-weekly meetings with the team to ensure ongoing updates and have a level of comfort to share transparently.
